Applying for your free IC3 training is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

1.

Complete and submit the application form below.

 

 

2.

An Authorization Form will be e-mailed to you.

 

 

3.

Print the Authorization Form and obtain a signature from your school's principal.

 

 

4.

Include a Purchase Order from your school for the required number of IC3 exam vouchers (3 exam vouchers required per teacher) or an IC3 exam site license. You may choose either single-take or retake vouchers. Please make sure your PO includes the required $20 processing fee for orders under $150.

 

 

5.

Fax your signed Authorization Form along with your PO to 301-656-0177.

Note: IC3 exams must be taken at an authorized Certiport testing center. Teknimedia will help you set up a testing center at your school at no additional cost, provided that you purchase a minimum of 30 IC3 exam vouchers or an IC3 exam site license from us. The 30 vouchers can be used by 10 teachers to take the 3 IC3 exams.
