QUESTION: How do I uninstall a course from my computer?

ANSWER: If you have a Windows computer:
a) From the Desktop, press the Start button.
b) Move your cursor over "Settings", and click on "Control Panel".
c) Double-click on "Add/Remove Programs"
d) Select the program you want to delete (e.g. PC100), and click on
"Add/Remove"

If you run into a problem with the uninstall program, or if you have a Mac, simply delete the entire installed folder from your computer. On Windows the folder is usually placed inside the "c:\Program Files" folder under the course's name and version (e.g. C:\Program Files\PC100v03). On Macintosh, the folder is usually placed on your start up drive under the course's name and version(e.g. Macintosh HD:PC100v03).
