QUESTION:
I installed a course and viewed parts of it successfully before quitting the program. Now, when I try to login again, the program just sits there displaying the hour glass. What's wrong?

ANSWER: The course's internal database has encountered a problem in your user record.

SOLUTION: A quick solution is to first exit the program by pressing the Escape key (usually on the upper left hand corner of your keyboard labeled "Esc"). Then start the program again, but use a different login name. Another solution is to de-install the course and re-install it again.
