QUESTION: After I install a course the program crashes when I try to use it. Why?

ANSWER: Make sure your computer meets the Minimum System Requirements. Older computers sometimes are not equipped with a sound card, or do not have enough available ram and/or disk space, causing course programs to crash.

SOLUTION: Update your computer to meet the Minimum System Requirements.
